What we are good at replying to
- Corrections. A misread specification, a sum that does not work, a product that has been discontinued. This is the most useful mail we get.
- Products we have missed. Especially something cheap that works, which is the whole premise of this site.
- Questions about a recommendation. If a page did not answer your actual question, that is a gap worth knowing about.
- Questions about how we operate. Funding, method, why we do not test things. Most of that is here.
What we cannot do
- Diagnose your vehicle. We are not a mechanic and we hold no professional credentials.
- Handle an order. We do not sell anything. Purchases happen at the retailer, and returns and shipping are theirs.
- Take paid placements. No manufacturer has bought a position here and none will. The policy is here.
